ESCOL prides itself on environmental awareness. With its experiences in fossil fuels, this company has been concerned about the repercussions of the extraction and energy production coming from this sources, and has been working to minimize the environmental impact and maximize the efficiency of the oil & natural gas projects in which it has been involved. However, ESCOL is ready to move a step further and promote the Green Energy development. Thanks to new partners and associates such as Coagener, Syntech Bioenergy, Frontline Bioenergy and Texas Oiltech GED, this team has the capacity to offer services in Biomass, Solar, Eolic and some other green energy project planning and execution.

Monetary incentives play an important role in the transition to renewable energy production and reliance. For example, Colombia recently adopted “Ley 1715,” which is a statute that offers economic incentives such as tax exemptions for projects related to green and renewable energy. To learn more about this law, you can download and read the statute here.
Gasification:
Organic wastes hold an incredible amount of energy, generally not exploited through conventional disposal. However, this energy is released or transformed efficiently through gasification. This process “burns” biomass in a controlled and moderated pace that results in a synthetic gas the composition of which depends on the raw material. It burns cleanly like natural gas. Different processes are ideal depending on the output each project is looking for, and gas filtration may be required. However, ESCOL has the capacity to provide engineering, build-up, maintenance and operation of gasification plants to satisfy its customer’s needs.

Other Sources:As for biomass and solar power, extraordinary amounts of energy are stored in river gauges, wind flow, and ocean waves. These places have not yet been exploited to their full potential. ESCOL, leads in energy efficiency and environmental sustainability and it has expanded its reach by getting involved in the implementation of new technologies such as:
